Want to learn Headstand, Forearm stand, Handstand or any inversion starting with arm balancing.
These sessions are for who?
Yoga teachers or any fitness instructor aiming to learn inversion (upside down) body balancing on head, arms or hands.
Class structure :
Mon & Wed - Strength, core and basic fundamental training
Saturday - Arm balancing training
Note: Its important to attend all the sessions in order to see progress. Only weekend classes will not give results.
Attendee should be able to do basic push ups and core work.

Raed comes from calisthenics background where he competed as a child and continue to compete today in yoga. He is the best instructor for your inversions
