2024 - Himalaya Yoga Olympiad

PROP Yoga presented Bahrain at Himalaya Yoga Olympiad on 2 Jan 2024 at SVYASA University Bangalore, India. Our team scored 1st placing in international category of traditional yogic methods, from yoga postures to Satkarma practices, meditation and written exam. High respect and love to our team Nuzhat Najam, Reham Farhat, Zahraa Mattar. We are highly grateful to Guruji Dr. Nagendra for his guidance and blessing to step into right directions of yogic sciences. Our special thanks to Dr. Manjunath. We are highly blessed to have our technical team and mentorship of Rudresh Kumar and Dr. Komal for her great efforts of preparing the team. High respect and thanks to MD and Founder of PROP yoga, Ehsan Asghar for his mentorship, vision and paving path for the coming generation.
