Yoga has had a positive impact on the students' self-esteem, concentration and behaviour. It has helped to develop their motor skills, body awareness and coordination and provide sensory integration.

Less challenging behaviour:

Bullying and disruptive classroom behavior is a well known difficulty in educational institutions across the globe, and one that can affect the academic performance of both the children enacting that behavior and those affected by it.

 

Emotional balance:

Yoga appears to help children and teenagers with emotional regulation – a process by which individuals influence which emotions they have, when they have them, and how they experience and express their feelings. This is a useful tool to have as we grow into adulthood and beyond, making us less reactive and better able to manage our emotional landscape.

Nifty has been in academic field since last 27 years. She is experienced over kids behavior issues including ADHD. She has over come depression herself after her divorce and separation from losing custody of her son. She started her journey with PROP Yoga to overcome mental and physical health.

Today she is a super strong girl. A role model to many. She finds joy in giving and working with kids.
